This is disappointing, but I can't say it's surprising. The courts are captured by corporate interests, which have nothing whatsoever to do with public health, except insofar as "public health" can serve as an excuse for enacting policies that support their actual goal (profit).
Your data speaks for itself and it speaks volumes that the court could not be bothered to look at it. At least it's in the public record.

First of all, are the injections actual vaccines by legal definition?
Dr David E. Martin and his crew argue that they are not.
A case was file in Utah (doctor's case) claiming that the injections are not vaccines but "gene therapy."
Everyone has a right to "refuse" treatment.
