California Set To Criminalize Passionate Parents At School Board Meetings
The California Legislature is moving a bill through the legislative process that could very well criminalize passionate parents that speak up a school board meetings. Indeed, the law could apply to any passionate community partner who dares to voice a contrary opinion to the powers that be. The bill is “SB 596 School Employees: Protection,” and was last seen in the Assembly’s Public Safety Committee on July 11. It passed with a 6-0 vote.

The Butcher of Louth, Meet Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher
Meet Dr. Sidhbh Gallagher, dubbed the Butcher of Louth (and with good reason).
Gallagher is a surgeon who has made a name for herself in performing what she calls ‘gender confirmation surgery’ out of her private practice in Miami, Florida.
In an interview, when asked the youngest age a girl can receive surgery, Gallagher admits having performed double mastectomies on girls as young as just 14 years old. When it comes to ‘bottom surgery’, she states in a sad voice that this is much more difficult and that, for now, “we are stuck with 18 years old as the minimum age”.

Parent Sues After Orchestra Teacher Holds Assembly to Announce Gender Transition
A Wisconsin parent is suing her school district after a middle school orchestra teacher assembled students to announce that he was undergoing transgender treatment because his parents didn’t accept him for who he was as a child.
Just before the end of the school year in June, students were gathered for the announcement by middle school orchestra teacher Jacob Puccio, a man, who told students he was to be addressed as “Ms. Puccio” from then on.
A scripted statement prepared by Mr. Puccio, also a school counselor, was also read to at least three elementary school classes by the school’s band director, according to the parent’s lawsuit and confirmed by school documents.

CDC Poised to Recommend Annual COVID-19 Shots: Director
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is tracking toward recommending that Americans get an annual COVID-19 vaccine, the agency’s new director says.
Dr. Mandy Cohen, who recently replaced Dr. Rochelle Walensky, says that the new CDC recommendation is expected to be finalized and announced in September.
“We’re just on the precipice of that, so I don’t want to get ahead of where our scientists are here and doing that evaluation work, but yes we anticipate that COVID will become similar to flu shots, where it is going to be you get your annual flu shot and you get your annual COVID shot,” Dr. Cohen told Spectrum News.

House Panel Questions CDC Director Over Comments About Seasonal COVID Vaccine
The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic sent a letter dated Aug. 2 to Mandy Cohen, the new director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), requesting information on the CDC’s plans for a COVID-19 vaccine rollout this fall.
Subcommittee Chairman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio)—a doctor of podiatric medicine and retired Army reservist who was decorated for his service as a combat surgeon in Iraq—signed the letter.
The letter was sent as the American public has become increasingly skeptical about the choices and decisions of its government in response to COVID-19, and as it has learned that federal officials may not have been forthright with the nation about the nature of the disease and about the effectiveness and side effects of vaccines.

Facebook removed COVID-19 posts, bowing to White House pressure: report
Facebook removed content related to COVID-19 under pressure from the White House, including posts claiming the virus was man-made, according to internal company communications leaked to The Wall Street Journal.
“Can someone quickly remind me why we were removing — rather than demoting/labeling — claims that Covid is man made,” Nick Clegg, the company’s president of global affairs, asked in a July 2021 email to colleagues.
According to the outlet, a Facebook vice president in charge of content policy responded: “We were under pressure from the administration and others to do more,” referencing the Biden administration.
“We shouldn’t have done it,” the VP added.

COVID Vaccines Show 24 Times More Adverse Reactions Than Others
The latest report on adverse reactions to vaccines in Western Australia has revealed that COVID-19 vaccinations have 24 times the rate of adverse reactions in the state compared to all other vaccines.
According to the state’s vaccine safety surveillance report (pdf), COVID-19 vaccines showed that for every 100,000 COVID-19 vaccines administered, 264 adverse events following immunisations (AEFIs) were recorded.
For all other vaccinations, 11.1 AEFIs were recorded, making the COVID-19 vaccines 23.8 times more likely than non-COVID-19 vaccines to result in adverse events.
