“Trans” Activists Write UN Guidelines on “Trans” Care
Two members from South Africa, Chris McLahlan, a psychologist specializing in “transgender-affirming care,” and Elma de Vries, a family physician, are co-authors of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health’s (WPATH)’ guidelines for transgender health which advocate that children as young as 12 can consent to “transgender” hormone treatment and surgeries and that children even younger than that should be encouraged to “socially transition.”

EXCLUSIVE: Hidden Messages in GOP Report Reveal How Scientists Shaped Narrative on COVID-19 Origins
'The main issue is that accidental escape is in fact highly likely–it's not some fringe theory,' one prominent scientist said
On July 11, we reported that House Republicans released two text messages that show that a group of prominent scientists conspired to dismiss the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to protect China.
It has now emerged that those messages are part of a much larger trove that was apparently being held back by House Republicans. The additional messages contain some of the most significant evidence to date that there was an orchestrated coverup of the origins of COVID-19.
The new set of messages was uncovered by Francisco de Asís de Ribera, an online researcher who noticed that the PDF version of the House Republicans’ latest COVID origin report contained cropped images of text messages which, if uncropped, reveal a much larger collection of messages.
It isn’t clear whether House Republicans used cropped images in their report or whether they intended to withhold the additional text messages for future release. Following publication of this article, the House GOP removed the report from its website.

California Assembly committee blocks bill that could have sent human traffickers of kids to prison for life
The California Assembly committee on public safety blocked a bill that would increase the charges for human trafficking.
The Golden State lower house committee considered Senate Bill 14, which would make the human trafficking of children a "serious felony." Serious felony charges under California law currently include murder, rape, and any other crime which may incur the death penalty or life sentence in state prison.
However, instead of upping the ante on child traffickers, the California Assembly Public Safety Committee nuked the measure on Tuesday.

Significant COVID-19 Vaccine Study Censored by Medical Journal Within 24 Hours
A systematic review of 325 autopsies showing COVID-19 vaccination caused or significantly contributed to 74 percent of deaths was removed from The Lancet’s preprint SSRN server within 24 hours, adding to an increasing number of censored studies on the potential harms of COVID-19 vaccines.
The study, published July 5, examined all autopsies published in peer-reviewed literature to determine whether COVID-19 vaccination caused or contributed to the person’s death.
Researchers searched all published autopsy and necropsy reports related to COVID-19 vaccination through May 18, 2023, resulting in 678 studies. After implementing inclusion criteria, they chose 44 papers containing 325 autopsy cases and one necropsy case. A panel of three expert physicians independently reviewed each case to determine whether COVID-19 vaccination was a direct cause or significant factor in each death.

The Censorship Empire Strikes Back After Missouri v. Biden Free Speech Victory
The day after the federal court in Missouri v. Biden granted our request for a preliminary injunction against the government’s censorship regime, law professors Leah Litman and Laurence Tribe published an article in Slate slamming the court’s ruling. Framing the case in entirely partisan terms, Litman and Tribe’s analysis betrayed an inadequate understanding of the First Amendment free speech guarantees and established limits on government power.
The next day, the Biden administration requested a stay against the injunction (which was denied by the district court judge) and appealed the decision to the Fifth Circuit.
As one of the plaintiffs in this case, I can clearly see errors of fact and legal reasoning in their diatribe against the decision. In the opening paragraph, the authors baldly assert, “The impetus behind the case is the now thoroughly debunked conspiracy theory that the government is somehow strong-arming Big Tech into censoring conservative speech and speakers in violation of the First Amendment.” The incantation “thoroughly debunked conspiracy theory” is meant here to function as a hypnotic device, absolving readers from actually examining the reams of evidence we present in the case.
In another unintelligible rhetorical flourish, they assert in the closing paragraph that the court’s ruling is “trying to make the infamous ‘Twitter Files’ into constitutional law.” Anyone who has read the “Twitter Files” reports will have trouble understanding what that sentence even means. The court did not rely on the “Twitter Files” but rather on information in the case unearthed in preliminary discovery. Between these beguiling bookends, Litman and Tribe ignore the evidence and sidestep the relevant legal questions.

Ice Cube Doubles Down: Rejects $9 Million Movie Role Over COVID-19 Vax Mandate, Asserts Health Over Wealth (VIDEO)

Maine Becomes Latest US State to End COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates for Health Care Workers
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has filed a proposal to remove the COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers.
The proposal, which was filed with Maine’s Secretary of State, is based on evolving scientific evidence and trends including available clinical and epidemiological data about COVID-19, increased population immunity owing to vaccinations and previous infections, and decreased severity of the virus, the department said in a July 11 statement.
“Additionally, Maine healthcare professionals’ strong culture of patient safety has limited the risk of severe COVID-19 being spread among staff and patients,” officials said.
The decision is also based on improved treatments to combat the virus as well as declining infection and death rates, according to the statement.

Overlooking autism to convince girls they are boys
There is a well-documented link between gender dysphoria and autism spectrum disorder, and a new study published in the academic journal Pediatrics offers evidence for it.
Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by difficulties in social communication and emotion processing, as well as restricted interests and repetitive behaviors. The latest paper incorporated an extremely large sample, consisting of over 919,000 adolescents between the ages of 9 and 18. It found that youth diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder were more likely to receive a diagnosis of gender dysphoria and that this is particularly true among girls
Experts will cite the popularity of transition among girls as justification for reduced gatekeeping. I would argue instead for the importance of early screening of autism, and other mental health conditions, in children who are experiencing gender issues so that an accurate diagnosis can be made either way. In an ideal world, clinicians could also have discussions with their patients about what these diagnoses mean, particularly when interpreting feelings about one’s biology and identity.NEWS

Clinton-Appointed Liberal Judge Rules Wisconsin School Must Let Trans-Identifying Biological Male Students Use Girls’ Restroom
A liberal federal judge has ruled that a Wisconsin school district must let trans-identifying biological male students use the girls’ restroom.
Judge Lynn Adelman in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, who Bill Clinton appointed, prohibited the Mukwonago Area School District from enforcing its policy banning students from using the bathroom of the opposite sex in his temporary restraining order against the rule on Thursday.
The lawsuit was brought on by the family of an 11-year-old boy who identifies as a girl.

Musk: It’s ‘Time for Parents to Fight Back’ Against Gender Ideology
Tesla CEO Elon Musk is once again speaking out against transgender politics, calling upon parents to “fight back” and protect their children from the ideology.
“Time for parents to fight back!” the billionaire wrote on Twitter on July 9 in response to a TikTok video posted by an irate father.
“I’m literally on fire right now,” said the dad, who goes by JoToJaVin on TikTok. He explains in the video that he had just spoken with his wife, who took their two sons to the doctor’s office for routine physicals before the new school year.
“My 9-year-old son went in first, and the first thing this woman asks him is if he identifies as a boy, a girl, gender-fluid, or nonbinary,” he fumed. “My son, he’s never heard of any of that [expletive] before.”
The dad went on to note that his son, who has been seeing the same doctor since he was born, is “clearly a boy’s boy.”

EXC: DOJ Removed ‘International Sex Trafficking Of Minors’ From Areas Of Concern.
The Department of Justice erased content from its webpage on child sex trafficking that highlighted the plight of “international sex trafficking of minors” in late May.
The stunning revision comes amidst scrutiny of President Joe Biden’s continued incitement of mass migration via America’s porous southern border – a prime avenue for child sex trafficking – and also coincides with the recent release of the film “The Sound of Freedom.”
The Department of Justice’s (DOJ) webpage chronicling what constitutes child sex trafficking and how the department is combatting it underwent severe revisions on May 12th, 2023, including the erasure of the three sections: “International Sex Trafficking of Minors”; “Domestic Sex Trafficking of Minors,” and “Child Victims of Prostitution.”
The webpage belongs to the Criminal Division of the DOJ, which outlines the “subject areas” the department’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Services focus on. It was previously updated under the Trump administration on May 28th, 2020.

Court reinstates Tennessee ban on care for transgender youth
WASHINGTON, July 8 (Reuters) - A Tennessee law prohibiting doctors from providing medical care such as puberty-blockers and gender affirming surgery for transgender minors can go into effect immediately, a U.S. appeals court ruled Saturday.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said advocacy groups that had challenged Tennessee's law could not show they were likely to prevail on their claims it violated the U.S. Constitution. The panel of three judges voted 2-1 to reverse a lower court's decision that had blocked Tennessee from enforcing the law while it was being challenged.
"Life-tenured federal judges should be wary of removing a vexing and novel topic of medical debate from the ebbs and flows of democracy by construing a largely unamendable federal constitution to occupy the field," Judge Jeffrey Sutton wrote for the appeals court.
Neither the advocacy groups that challenged the law nor the state's attorney general could be reached Saturday morning.
Tennessee's law is part of a growing series of efforts by Republican lawmakers to impose new restrictions on medical care for transgender youths. Lawmakers said the measure was necessary to protect minors from being permanently harmed. Medical associations have said gender-affirming care can be life-saving.

CDC releases guidance for males who want to breastfeed infants
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has published on its website guidance for people who identify as trans and non-binary on how to "chestfeed" infants.
The CDC’s website now has information on how to feed children for biological women who had their breasts removed as part of gender-reassignment surgeries and for biological men taking hormones in order to grow breasts.
Are they claiming that gender reassignment protocols can make biological men able to produce breast milk? If not what on earth 🌍 are they talking about?
