65 Percent of Teenagers Are Targets of ‘Sextortion’ Schemes: Study
Almost two-thirds of teenagers globally have been targeted for “sextortion” schemes by criminals seeking to pressure victims into sexual activity or extort money, according to recent research.
Sixty-five percent of Generation Z teens and young adults have been targets of “catfishing” scams across popular social media platforms or had their personal data hacked by criminals, according to a June 21 report by Snapchat’s parent company Snap Inc. and published by the WeProtect Global Alliance.
“In both scenarios, the resulting photos and videos were then used to threaten or blackmail the young people, with abusers demanding money, gift cards, more sexual imagery, or other personal information in supposed exchange for not releasing the material to the young person’s family and friends,” the report said.

New York Schools to Hide Children’s Gender Identity From Parents
The New York State Education Department (NYSED) has released a new guidance report encouraging schools to keep the gender identities of students a secret from their families and insisting that a child’s preferred gender identity be readily accepted.
“School personnel’s acceptance of a student’s asserted gender identity should require no more than a statement from the student expressing their preference. Schools do not need to require permission, letters from professionals, or other proof of gender identity,” the NYSED report (pdf) reads.

Prominent figures participated in the Toronto pride parade on Sunday, including Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau's Deputy Prime Minister, Chrystia Freeland, among others. The parade, put on by Pride Toronto, included people walking in puppy play and furry costume fetish gear. Several adults exposed themselves to the audience in attendance. Bud Light helped sponsor the event.
Children were seen taking part in the parade as well as in the audience itself.
Meanwhile, adult male participants could be seen exposing themselves in the presence of children. Footage was captured by TPM's Beth Baisch.

A Toronto school for young girls promoted sex education for kindergarteners from their booth at the Toronto Pride parade in Saturday.
At the booth for The Linden School at the Toronto Pride, there was a chalkboard voting station asking passersby if they believed sex ed should be taught in kindergarten. In the corner was a cartoon depiction of a pig.
Most of the votes were for "yes."

US Declassifies COVID-19 Origins Report
Lawmakers say it ‘lends credence’ to lab leak theory
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence finally released a government report on the origins of COVID-19 on Friday. The chairs of the House Intelligence and Coronavirus Pandemic committees say the report lends credence to the theory that the virus may have originated in a laboratory in Wuhan, China.
Congress passed legislation earlier this year mandating the declassification of information related to potential connections between the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and the origins of the pandemic.
The declassified report provides insight into the activities of the WIV before the pandemic and presents the Intelligence Community’s (IC) understanding of the origins of COVID-19. However, it does not definitively determine the source of the virus.

Disney’s Star Wars Hires Transgender YouTuber for Major Role in Upcoming Series
Abigail Thorn, a biological male who identifies as a woman, has been cast in the new series The Acolyte as Ensign Eurus.
“Non-binary” actress Amanda Steinberg has been cast as the lead role. The Direct notes that these casting choices mean that “the upcoming series is shaping up to be one of the most inclusive yet.”
Thorn has a hundred thousand subscribers on YouTube and is known to promote puberty blockers and hormone replacements for children.

'Non-binary' identifying students in New Jersey skyrocket over 4,000% since 2019
Leftist politicians in the state believe parents should not know about any feelings of gender confusion their child may have.
Recent state enrollment data from New Jersey has found that the amount of students in the public school system who are non considering themselves to be "non-binary" has skyrocketed over 4,000 percent during the past four years.
In the 2019-2020 school year, a mere total of 16 students identified with such a label, according to enrollment figures from the New Jersey Department of Education. Now, that number has ballooned to 675, marking an excess of a 4118 percent increase for the 2022-23 school year.

New NAEP Scores Reveal the Failure of Pandemic Academic Recovery Efforts
Parents and policymakers inured to years of depressing headlines about learning disruptions in the wake of the pandemic might be tempted to shrug at the latest federal test data, on the achievement of 13-year-olds, as more of the same. This would be a colossal mistake. The new figures contain three terrifying findings — about the magnitude of the achievement declines, the abysmal failure of ongoing recovery efforts and the likely persistence of these impacts on future cohorts of students.
Consider each of these in turn.
The new test score data from National Assessment of Academic Progress are unusual in that they put the results in the context of five decades’ worth of student performance. And the numbers are truly dire: In reading, average scores have declined to levels last seen in the 1970s, erasing decades of progress won through political blood, sweat, tears — and billions in public investments.

Pfizer Vaccine Batches in the EU Were Placebos, Say Scientists
Scientists have uncovered startling evidence that a substantial portion of the batches of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine deployed in the European Union may in fact have consisted of placebos – and that the German regulator knew this and did not subject them to quality-control testing.
The scientists, Dr. Gerald Dyker, Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Ruhr University Bochum, and Dr. Jörg Matysik, Professor of Analytical Chemistry at the University of Leipzig, are part of a group of five German-speaking scientists who have been publicly raising questions about the quality and safety of the BioNTech vaccine (as it is known in Germany) for the last year and a half.
