Judge Orders FDA to Accelerate Release of COVID-19 Vaccine Trial Data to Just 2 Years
A federal judge in Texas ordered the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to make public data it relied on to license COVID-19 vaccines at an accelerated rate, requiring all documents to be made public by mid-2025 rather than, as the FDA wanted, over the course of about 23.5 years.
In a May 9 decision hailed as a win for transparency by the lawyer representing the plaintiffs (the parents of a child injured by a COVID-19 vaccine) in a lawsuit (pdf) against the FDA, the agency was ordered to produce the data on Moderna’s vaccine for adults and Pfizer’s for children about 10 times faster than the agency wanted.

Heart Inflammation Not Recovered in 80 Percent at 6 Months After Vaccination
While ECG and blood tests tend to normalize quickly, my concern is that ongoing inflammation is occurring due to continued production of Wuhan Spike protein coded by the long-lasting Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines. While blood tests can give inferences on inflammation, cardiologists also use cardiac MRA to visualize the inflammation, establish the diagnosis, and craft a prognosis. We would hope young teenagers would resolve their MRI results and go on with life. A recent report to the contrary caught my attention.

A radical left-wing transgender activist group based in Florida called the Queer Trans Project secretly shipped hundreds of sex change kits that included weapons to children across the United States without parental consent, according to The Epoch Times.
The "build-a-queer-kits" created by the Queer Trans Project included breast binders, artificial male genitalia, tucking tape, condoms, tampons, and more. According to its website, more than 900 kits have been shipped out across 45 states.

Fired Teachers Who Refused COVID Vaccine to Get Full Reinstatement and Back Pay
Three Rhode Island teachers who were fired for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine have been offered their jobs back with full back pay after reaching a settlement with the school district.
Teachers Stephanie Hines, Brittany DiOrio, and Kerri Thurber were terminated from their positions in Barrington Public Schools after they had requested a religious exemption after the school mandated employees get the vaccine.
Last week, their attorney, Greg Piccirilli, and the school district said they had reached a settlement, allowing the teachers to return to their jobs. They are also each entitled to $33,333 in damages along with their back pay. DiOrio will get $150,000, Thurber will get $128,000, and Hines will receive $65,000 under the agreement.

Texas Democrat defends backing GOP bill banning gender care for minors: 'Children are not political pawns'
Texas state Rep. Shawn Thierry – a Democrat representing the Houston area – is defending backing a proposed ban on gender-affirming care for minors in the Lone Star State, crossing party lines to vote in favor of a bill that would restrict access to surgeries and cross-sex hormones to those under the age of 18.
"I just don't think this is something that we can play politics with. Children are not political pawns," Thierry said Monday on "Fox & Friends First."
After embarking on a personal journey to learn more about the treatments nearly two years ago, she said she drew conclusions from data showing countries walking back previously pushed gender-affirming treatments similar to those up for debate in her state and across the U.S.

State Supreme Court Allows Mother to Vaccinate Children for COVID-19 Against Father’s Objections
Two children received COVID-19 vaccines this month despite objections from their father after their mother won a court case that made it to the state’s highest court.
Rhode Island Supreme Court justices on May 5 sided with Lauren Nagel, who argued that the girls needed to receive COVID-19 vaccines even though they’ve recovered from COVID-19, and upheld an earlier ruling by Rhode Island Family Court Associate Justice Sandra Lanni.
At issue is the divorce settlement, which states both parties would jointly decide on major decisions affecting the health of the children and that “neither party shall unreasonably withhold his or her consent to medical treatment for the children or the administration of medication recommended by the pediatrician of the children.”

Georgia Mother of 7 Denied Kidney Transplant for Refusing COVID-19 Shot
A 41-year-old Georgia mother of seven young children has been rejected as a candidate for a kidney transplant by Emory Healthcare Inc., even though she’s on dialysis and potentially facing death.
The reason? The woman, who has already had COVID-19, refused to receive the COVID-19 vaccine on religious and medical grounds.
The woman, who will be referred to as Jane Doe to protect her privacy, was referred to Atlanta-based Emory by her nephrologist after suddenly developing end-stage kidney disease, according to Liberty Counsel (LC), a national nonprofit legal organization that’s assisting Doe.

Puerto Rico indicts 44 in $1.2M COVID relief scam
A federal grand jury in Puerto Rico indicted 44 people accused in a $1.2 million scheme to illegally obtain pandemic relief funds, authorities said Thursday.
The suspects are accused of submitting at least 52 loan applications to obtain federal recovery funds that U.S. Attorney Stephen Muldrow said they used "to support their own personal lifestyles, taking needed resources from those whose legitimate businesses were suffering from losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic."

Baby dies and nine more admitted to hospital in ‘unusual’ cluster of heart infections
One baby died and a further nine were admitted to hospital in an “unusual” cluster of heart infections in south Wales and southwest England, according to health officials.
Late on Tuesday night, the World Health Organisation said there had been a rise in severe myocarditis – a potentially deadly inflammation of the heart – in newborns and infants between June 2022 and March 2023.
A total of 15 babies – 10 in Wales, five in England – presented with the condition during this period, the WHO said. Of these, nine tested positive for an enterovirus – a common pathogen which can cause respiratory illness, hand, foot and mouth disease, and viral meningitis. In very rare instances, young babies can develop myocarditis.
Really glad to see the teacher got her job back after all the nonsense.
I’m part of LGBTQ and I feel like the queer trans project was a big no no. It’s things like that that is creating problems for us. I don’t see how doing that was helpful, especially providing “weapons” in these kits.
There’s still just so many issues going on with those covid vaccines. Crazy.
