Over 277,000 COVID-19 Cases in 2021 in the Vaccinated Hidden by CDC: Files
Most of the cases happened across three months.
More than 277,000 COVID-19 cases among people who received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine were reported to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in 2021 but not disclosed to the public, newly obtained files show.
Some 144,349 cases among partially vaccinated people were reported by 32 jurisdictions to the CDC across three months in 2021, according to some of the files, which were acquired by The Epoch Times through the Freedom of Information Act.

Trans Daycare Employee Sent to Prison After Using Position to Produce Child Porn
28-year-old Jace Wong was sentenced to 25 years in prison after producing, distributing, and possessing child pornography.
Wong abused his position as a daycare employee to access the children.
The materials were distributed through the messaging app Kik and sent to a group called “Younger love [heart emoji] [heart emoji].”
Young was caught after chatting with an undercover agent on the app.
According to court documents, Wong told the agent, “Would love to do spy cams with my future kids one day.”
During an interview with authorities, Wong “accessed his smartphone and showed agents a hidden album containing media files that he saved. The hidden album contained approximately 428 media files, many of which contained videos and images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct,” the documents describe.

‘Outrageous’ Approval of New Moderna Shots for Kids Could Spark School Mandates, Doctor Warns
Parents should be concerned that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) earlier this month granted full approval to Moderna’s “Spikevax” COVID-19 vaccine for children 12 years old and older — because now that the vaccine for school-age kids is no longer an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) product, states and schools may be more likely to mandate the shots, according to Dr. Meryl Nass.
Nass, an internal medicine physician and member of the Children’s Health Defense (CHD) scientific advisory board, called the FDA’s decision “outrageous and illegitimate.”

Michigan Supreme Court Becomes First in Nation to Adopt ‘They’ Pronoun
The Michigan Supreme Court has voted to require judges and court personnel to address a transgender-identifying litigant or attorney with thier preferred pronouns, including "they," if requested to do so by the person.
The rule, which goes into effect on Jan. 1, 2024, also will allow judges to avoid pronouns and refer to someone by their role in the case, such as attorney or plaintiff, followed by a last name.
Because an individual’s gender identity may not be readily discernible visually, the parties and attorneys may now be given the option of including their personal pronoun preferences in the captions of the initial court documents that come before a judge.

Los Angeles Unified School District plans week of action for elementary students for “National Coming Out Day”
On September 27, 2023, City Journal reported that the Los Angeles Unified School District would be celebrating “National Coming Out Day” in elementary classrooms during the week of October 9-13, 2023. The school district is also celebrating October as “LGBTQ+ History Month.” City Journal provided a document titled “Week of Action Toolkit – Elementary” sent to the news outlet by a teacher within the district.
The document provides elementary teachers with an “identity Map” to use when teaching young children during this week. This identity map focuses on the identity of students, including their “race,” “ethnicity,” “gender identity,” “religion,” “sexuality,” and “mental health.” The purpose of the identity map is to teach students about “intersectionality.”

602 transgender minors have had breasts surgically removed in Canada
A shocking new report reveals that hundreds of underaged Canadian girls have had their breasts surgically removed as part of so-called “gender affirming care” to accommodate their preferred gender identities.
The numbers were crunched by the Canadian Institute for Health Information and first reported by the National Post.
As of 2018, healthcare statistics show that 602 patients under the age of 18 were recorded as receiving a double-mastectomy. Nearly half, (303) were kids under the age of 17 with the lowest recorded age being 14-years-old.

The governor has declared Texas 'should be leading the fight against COVID tyranny,' but publicly funded institutions are still allowed to mandate vaccines
The implementation of vaccine mandates at one of the largest institutions in the red state of Texas has raised concerns over the diminishing state of health freedom while a law that would provide Texans with vaccine choice remains stalled by lawmakers.
The Baylor College of Medicine (BCM), a medical school and research center in Houston, Texas, announced last week that it will mandate the latest COVID booster shot for its students, faculty, and employees.

St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital Sued Over Vaccine Mandate, Religious Discrimination: Pacific Justice Institute
St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, a pediatric treatment and research facility located in Memphis, Tennessee, is facing a discrimination lawsuit filed by the Pacific Justice Institute (PJI), a nonprofit legal defense organization specializing in defending religious freedom, parental rights, and other civil liberties.
The suit has been launched on behalf of Lynn Kizer, a former employee of the hospital, who alleges she was unjustly terminated due to her religious beliefs in relation to the institution’s vaccine mandate.
Kizer, described as a “Christian and RN,” was an employee in St. Jude’s IT department.
The press release from PJI points out that during the pandemic, Kizer, like “some colleagues,” had been “working from home.”

Newsom Signs Bill Repealing California's COVID-19 ‘Misinformation’ Law
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed legislation to repeal a portion of the state’s COVID-19 “misinformation” and “disinformation” law intended to punish doctors who refused to comply with the government’s narrative on masks, vaccines, and treatments during the pandemic.
On Sept. 30, the governor signed Senate Bill 815 repealing provisions in the law—under Assembly Bill 2098—that “expressly designate the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19 as unprofessional conduct,” according to an analysis by the bill’s author, Assemblyman Richard Roth (D-Riverside).
