Governor Newsom’s Signing Of AB-2098 Is The Most Dictatorial Law California Has Ever Seen

We are headed back into the dark ages. I am astonished the California Legislature proposed and passed AB 2098 (Click Here) which will force all medical professionals to only share medical information approved by the California Medical Association regarding Covid-19 or its treatments.

Governor Hesitated To Sign

Governor Newsom waited until the final hours to sign the bill, (Click Here for Bill) but staying consistent with his other totalitarian policies, he signed it into law on Saturday morning.

So, to be clear, any California medical professional; a doctor, nurse, chiropractor, physical therapist, dentist, acupuncturist, or any other professional involved in mainstream or alternative healing will lose their license and ability to practice should they question any definition of Covid-19 treatment decided by the California Medical Association.

Failing Track Record

Need I remind you, the same association recently promised if we took the Covid-19 vaccine, we would not get Covid. They assured us wearing a mask would keep us from spreading Covid. They banned the use of Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, now proven by dozens of reputable studies to lessen Covid-19 symptoms when taken early on and with the proper dosage.

My Narrow Escape With Death From A Vaccine

In 2020 I almost died from the Shingles (Shingrix) Vaccine. It’s also an mRNA-based vaccine. The best Neurologists around the world treated me for over one year. All traditional treatments made me worse, not better. In frustration I turned to alternative medicine. Since then, my condition has greatly improved and continues to do so. Under AB-2098 I’d probably be dead or confined to a wheelchair for the remainder of my life.

Over 20,000 Covid-19 Life Altering Injuries Reported In The United States

We just returned from our KHTS trip to Washington DC. There, we hooked up with a group of Covid-19 vaccine injured. Joining us were over a dozen victims representing a group who have identified over 20,000 U.S. victims. Those are the ones who are connecting the dots.

React-19 are my heroes. We heard from moms, breaking down as they shared how they lost their young child after their child took the vaccine. We spoke with many others confined to wheelchairs. Do you want to live in a state that doesn’t allow us to question mandates and seek second opinions? Because under this law, doctors will be muzzled from sharing any suggestion that may question the Government’s narrative.

Germs Don’t Exist

I recently read a biography on President Garfield. He was assassinated six months into his Presidency in 1881. He died because the leading physicians didn’t believe in sterilization. He had an 80-day agonizing death as infection erupted in his body from Sepsis after dirty physician’s hands constantly probed for the bullet lodged in his liver.

Two decades earlier, Dr. Louis Pasteur developed germ therapy. British surgeon Joseph Lister pioneered antiseptic medicine a few years later. Lister presented Pasteur’s findings and Lister’s protocol to a group of top surgeons from the most renowned American Medical Institutions at America’s Centennial Celebration in Philadelphia in 1876. Europe had already adopted their protocol ten years earlier. The American surgeons discounted the theory, claiming germs couldn’t exist if you can’t see them. It would take three more decades for American doctors to accept their theory and acknowledge the existence of germs.

Science Thrives On Experimentation

All science thrives on experimentation and challenging existing protocols. Doctors practice medicine because the practice of medicine constantly evolves and changes. It comes from real time anecdotal stories and observations. Should our Government and Big Pharma, who continues to make billions of dollars, dictate all procedures without any challenge? Big Pharma spends hundreds of millions of dollars advertising on key media outlets. Almost half of the FDA’s budget comes from Big Pharma. Former FDA employees receive high paying consulting jobs and sit on the boards of Big Pharma. Talk about the fox guarding the hen house. Do you really want to muzzle our medical profession, the only outlet remaining to question Big Pharma?

Facebook Cancels KHTS

When KHTS posted our news story about AB 2098 on Saturday on our Facebook page, Facebook immediately flagged it. Their algorithm pushed its reach down to a small fraction of our usually readership. Fortunately, we have a broad audience on hometownstation.com, so our news story was properly disseminated, even though Google and other search engines buried it as they’ve done with many of our stories that don’t fit their narrative.  We suspect this editorial will meet the same fate once published.

This spring we interviewed three renowned physicians who are leading the research on Covid-19 vaccination injuries. YouTube not only immediately pulled the interview from our KHTS YouTube channel but threatened to shut down our entire channel, containing thousands of archived videos, if we posted another video that didn’t correlate with their Covid-19 storyline,

State Medical Authorities Threaten A Santa Clarita Physician

Recently a Santa Clarita MD who has concerns about the vaccine was visited by California Medical authorities. He was told if he didn’t immediately take the Covid-19 vaccine they would shut down his office. He shared his predicament with another Santa Clarita doctor who also had concerns, advising “Don’t be that rusty nail. Keep your head down and your mouth shut.”

Governor Newsom just sent us back into the dark ages, into an era when “questioning germs can destroy a career.”  We have allowed our legislators to dictate Covid-19 medical treatments as the only protocol. We are no longer allowed to have authority questioned by even the most trained professionals. I am stunned and saddened by Newsom’s decision.
